What constitutes divorce in NY on the basis of adultery?

I do not want a divorce, but I have proof that my wife has had
relations online and on the phone with several men, while she has
threatened to take my children from me even though I am the main
provider and am the primary figure in their lives. Further, she has
sent explicit photos to people.

Is that considered evidence or not?

Oh don't be so naive. I agree that an on-line relationship could be
considered emotional abandonment; however, LEGALLY forget it. Unless
you have explicit photos of your wife doing the horizontal mambo with
someone other than you, the courts wont care.

And the reason she is threatening you with taking the kids is that
once she has legal custody, YOU will be on the hook for BIG $$$$ in
child support!

Get they buns to a lawyer - FAST! You have *no idea* how much trouble
you could be in, nor how fast your life could go south!
