:(

Well, your not a loser and your not pathetic, but the nail-polish
instead of c*ts is a good idea. I've done things like that with my
grading pens.

Hope you feel better soon

Regret it's those words instead of pretty patterns.

we like you. we think you are smart and work hard hard hard. not
loser. not sure what a loser is, really, but a mean word to hurt ppl
who already hurt. you have lots of hurts to deal with. you deserve
gentle, not more hurt.

don't need to. put ice in shoe and put shoe on. or hold ice cubes in
each hand. try to breath deep. repeat breathing. get blanket and curl
up for comfort. don't need to cut. bang on cushions. or whap cushions
or pillows around, hard. whap the wall with them. hard. see if you can
make stuffing come out. do till you breathing hard. will release good
chemicals and help soothe.

regrets the feelings

umm... hoping you won't take offense at the slight tangent....

if you write all over yourself with black permanent marker and then
later take a bath it leaves a stain in the tub :P

thank you for that valuable info
i'm guessing a red marker would do the same -- but well obviously with
a diff. color of stain :P

eating the stuff during the night
so lately i'm woken up a couple times during the night with *loud*
voice saying:
"I'm eating. *I'm* eating. I'm eating cuz i'm hungry and the

hee. i still have no idea who the "i" or "me" is, but at least they
wake me up loudly to announce that they're eating. :P

Hmm, I'm thinking different brands work differently. We used to use
marks a lot and it never came off and left a stain. In fact, it
wouldn't come off at all unless we used acetone or rubbing alcohol.
Soap, water, shampoo, nothing. Plus, marks a lot has a 'cool'
smell *wry grin* Some of us really appreciated that :P

Great! Maybe ask them to tell you what they ate (have them write it
down?) or ask them to eat only certain things (like set up some cheese
and crackers or protein or whatever so it's not just random junk food
eating)? And I'd suggest you thank whomever for telling you :)

sheesh, where were you with this info when I needed it :P

heh, and how weird is it to not feel weird about this stuff

*nods* black markers or pair are usually either dark dark purple or dark
dark black. sharpies are of the purple variety and apaprently black gel
food colouring is the dark dark green kind.

(I don't know why I know this)

We have some face wash stuff that is absolute magic for getting sharpie
type stains out. No idea why. It's clean & clear makeup removing
cleanser and if you leave it sitting on marker or food colouring stains
they just go away! Is odd.

I never thought about different brands or I would have spoken up.
I think it's better to feel not weird about markers than sh*rps!
Imagine what it's like to be in a group where people talk about that
and feel ok doing so.

Markers are just like temporary tattoos. It's just the internal
meaning that is different.

Yesterday fritz and kidlette went to get annual pictures taken. As
we walked in kidlette said 'I better go wash my arm off'. She had
written a NOVEL on her hand/arm!!!! Something about taking notes.
SHEESH! Of course it wasn't a washable marker :P She kept saying
'but it wasn't a sharpie' like that guaranteed it would just wash
off. We showed the photographer and told her to make sure kidlette's
hand was covering the stain as much as possible.
