k. is a new post so there :P

we mostly caught up but EB is posting so we not going to get completely
caught up. We glad to see EB here

we wish gathring and cometz were posting too. miss them. oh and baba
yaga!!!!!!!!!!!! and azure and silver and nahanthon (don't think we
spelled that right) and just pete other asders. And astri being way
quiet today, hope she's ok

we not been sleeping much. seems like astri and big goofy friend both
been saying we should take sleeping med. we have wanted to. wish we
could just not sleep and function but can't. tomorrow gonna be a crazy
busy long day at work so we need to go bed and maybe sleep would help.
Is then stuff that we afrad bad stuff will happen. right? hard to
remember that when we gonna get nightmares.

we talked to t a teeny tiny bit today. mostly was just schedule stuff
and jello. maybe helped just to know he back in town? and we maybe
trying to talk inside now and get a bit unstuck. And weirdly enough, we
thinking maybe we need to be more separate again to get unstuck. does
that make sense? think mostly folks went inside cuz we had our bday and
foo get together and doctor appt.

k, see we still think we talk too much. this is a lot of rambles.
probably we avoiding sleep again.

our bests for today... hmm... (kind of hard to remember today)... umm..
we heard kingfisher today. wondermutt played hard with other dog. we
think the lake was all pretty too andd we had nice quiet walk by it but
not completely sure that was today. wait, was cuz we had cell phone and
t was wishing he could walk too. someone wants to say that t calling was
a best too but others disagree

night asd

Cool. What does a kingfisher sound like? They're big and stand in the
water, right?

yes. is then stuff.

think eventually if you can deal with the then stuff daytimes and make
it less powerful, the nightmares go away or get way less. that's what
happened for us.

:O

nu unh!

that's great blue heron... and they sound... umm... sort like we imagine
dinosaurs would sound like. croaky and squeaky
that's a heron-- http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/great_blue_heron/id

kingfishers are smaller... hmm.. smaller then crow but bigger then most
songbirds. and they fly and then dive in the water and they say
kikikikikikiki

here's the kingfisher:
http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/great_blue_heron/id

and today we heard cedar waxwings. they not a water bird. we hear them
pretty much every day at this time a year. and the swallows got a new
nest and new babies

and maybe today we heard osprey but is getting all muddled

maybe this be our best cuz we like talking about birds and stuff :)

There are loons at Camp. Bird loons, I mean, although some of the other
kind, too. LOL I love hearing loons call. *sigh* Just about six
weeks until Camp.

maybe?

yes. regrets
don't think it's that.
think maybe we were taught if we needed things like meds (or even
something small like a bandaid) and it wasn't bad enough to require
h*spital then we were being weak?

but don't know why we saying that and we probably got it all muddled

i say phooey to whoever told you such nonsense.
those people were quite weak themselves for the tactics they resorted
to using with a kid. they couldn't even handle a child and conduct
themselves like adults. think about that -- is that not big huge
glaring weakness?

>

they muddled you. but think you're accurate in the telling of it.
we like to hedge, too, though, with maybes. and we like that people
here said a lot when we came here at first to each other to tell the
story whether it's true or not, cuz it's still meaningful if it's in
your head. that's given me and my system lots of permissions to spit
out all kinds of "made up" stuff from our made up childhood.
:)

think last night we didn't have any nightmares and really slept

but then if that's true how come we were so tired and... grumpy or
wahtever today?

Oh, but for one thing we are exaggerating and it's not like we were an
easy child. And when things really mattered we got the care we needed.
And we did get comforted and stuff sometimes when we were hurt. We
certainly got band-aids sometimes! It's just that apparently we wanted
fuss.

I don't want to make stuff up. Isn't it damaging to be making stuff up?
