Kidlette is about 1.5 inches shorter than I am and fritz is almost 5'
That is his goal, to be at least 5' *wry grin* He has always been in
the 25% for height and is always one of the shortest boys in his
class. This year there are two boys shorter than him!

Fritz is also pretty impressed that he finally hit 100lb. He doesn't
feel that heavy though...

sir lala passed 5' one night a while ago when we weren't looking. he's
always been at or above the 95% for height. he's headed to top 6'. we
think he's going to be taller than his dad.

heh. sir lala hasn't reached that mark yet. 95% for height, 75% for
weight.

and weight. Recently she jumped up to 80% height and 70% weight. Fritz
is still around 25% height but is finally at 50% weight. He is very
solid and muscular. My guess is he is going to a bit on the short side
and stocky as an adult.

Puberty really changes the growth curve in completely random ways.

It isn't always up to a parent, it might also be genetics or
choice. My kids get to decide what/when to eat. They both have chosen
very different eating habits because of this. My kids get to decide
when/how to exercise. They are both very different on this as well.

In this case I'm glad I have two kids so I can compare. It might be
genetics and it might be free will. :)

In this case the 'other things' are the individual kids making
individual choices. Something many of us in asd never had growing up
:P~~
