i'm all wheezy -- i don't know why.
just started out of the blue.
chest hurts some.
i've had kinda a stuffy nose the last few days.
but now the wheezing.
think sometimes it just comes for no particular reason and goes away
pretty quickly.
but this time it wasn't brought on by real exertion or anything.

oh and i'm all low energy and have been for the last week and it's
pretty unresponsive to medication -- meds that would usually wake me
up put me right to sleep.
so let's see -- low energy for a week at least, stuffy nose, now
wheezing
and i think i remember someone posting here about feeling sick a week
ago
is it possible we might be just a little sick?

but we went to doc to try and get meds a week ago and J thought we
were running a fever but they checked and we weren't
so maybe we're just fine and just tired from the stress and from med
changes
but the energy doesn't return once med should be out of system

just because you weren't running a fever last week doesn't mean you
can't be sick now.

is important you learn to communicate with each other
will be incredibly hard to figure out what is going on otherwise

okay
was thinking would it help to put labels on food asking folks to tell me
who they are if they eat it?
maybe it's just amnesia with several different meds
maybe it's not multiplicity
lots of meds cause night eating

You don't have to try to be good by old standards anymore, and that has
nothing to do with being sick. You get sick when a germ that someone
else sick left somewhere gets to you, and it has nothing to do with
being good or bad at all! If you can talk to a doctor and telll them all
your symptoms - and pay attention to the body to find out what all of
them are - they might be able to figure out what's wrong and help with it.

Someone might have tried to make it one for you, but you get sick by the
same mechanisms as every other human and animal on the planet - germs
that have no concept of morality.

You could try putting the labels to ask and see which it is. Might help.
If it's a side effect there might be a way to dela with it and if it's
others there might be a way to communicate with them about it?

can you please use a word besides delusional when you think my
thinking is distorted? that word is a trigger for me. thanks.
(would be glad to explain why it's a trigger if you ask)
