hi. we just woke up little bit ago from evening nap and took night
meds just now so hopefully they'll make me sleep tonight before the
night scary stuff inside can hit.
wanna talk about yucky day?
maybe we should all put out sleeping bags or comfortable mattresses,
all us tired ones.
*lays out comfy stuff on floor*
k, i got blankies
i got big thick quilt. it's cool but heavy. and air conditioning. yes,
in my cyber sleep, i get to have ac. :)
Didn't sleep very much last night and had a nightmare. Kinda got stuck
in it all morning. Called t a little after ten. She said probably a good
resting day. So we've been trying to rest. She said maybe the littles
could draw. Some did and there were big fights. We ended up pretty
bl**dy.
Clubhouse called and wanted us to come for a planning meeting. They
wanted us on a committee to to plan a young adult program trac. We got
right almost to the door, and then turned around and came home because
we realized our c*ts had opened up and gotten our sleeves bl**dy.
Been trying to rest. Can't. We don't feel good. Had a flashback tonight.
We are really overwhelmed. Want to sleep with no dreams.
--
-slunky
ugh. really really hard stuff. :(
i hope the ones who make the battles bl**dy can find other more
constructive ways to communicate. they're following pr*grammed
impulses, which are hard to break, but the pr*grams aren't your fault
nor is the huge power of them in their/your control yet. you'll get
there.
we have been having hard nights too.
we are really overwhelmed too.
we hope we both get some good sleep.
k. so we got heavy blankie and maybe we can make it warmer. cuz here its
cold today
and we gotta have stuffed animals. i gotta manatee. and monkees
can we go bed for real maybe? is really early but cant think and tired.
and if we do, do we take sleeping med or no
:(
cuz of the drawing?

k. you can have heat and i can have ac. that's the beauty of cyber
sleep. :)

yes, can go to bed for real.

try sleeping naturally first for about 15 minutes. if that doesn't
work, take sleeping med. can that work?
Yeah. :(

Well, we learned no drawing. At least not right now.
T was saying it must be hard for us because everything she suggests for
us to do are things we've been told not to do. We told her about being
scared about trying those things. She said it's ok. She said she will be
there for us. She said compared to what we are doing, her job is easy.
She said we are doing all the work, and taking calls from us to help
is what she wants to do. She said she never plans on retiring either.
She said she is in this for the long run.
> we have been having hard nights too.
> we are really overwhelmed too.

Yeah, would be good.

maybe the littles can color some at least?

in light of that new information, i suggest you take the t's advice
and take the sleeping med.
ahh. alert for what?
we're glad to have the seroquil but we hate the side effect of big
hunger and weight gain.
yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In case we get att*cked or someone tries to h*rt us or something. (When
we explained this to hsptl pdoc, she said we make ourself crazy and we
are hypervigilant.)
> we're glad to have the seroquil but we hate the side effect of big

We won't take it anymore. It doesn't help us even at 1000mg.

Yeah, they know.

Elavil does kind of. We don't sleep, but we also don't remember the
night, and we feel a little rested by morning. Of course, they won't
give that to us outside of the hsptl.
--
-slunky
nope, nobody will sneak in where you're sleeping now. see the locks on
the doors? that's your place. no one is going to turn bad at night and
do bad things to you.
that's past stuff. we have it too.
old dog wood bark and we new we was safe. pup dusnt always bark. and he
wont protect like odl dog
oh, um...that was me being kinda sarcastic toward the people who said
that to you. but yeah. :)

of course. maybe you could find a way meds could be given to your
therapist and you could get them from her for each few days? then no
one needs to worry about you bein endangered and maybe you can get
some decent sleep.
>
> --
> -slunky
you're safe now though, Shay. Even if the dog doesn't bark. You're
safe. look at the lock on the door. you can even check under the bed
and in the closets if you need to -- no one is there who will h*rt
you. and remember, you have a fierce wolverine to protect you!
k. i go check locks now
bak! all the doors is locked
u funny. wolfie isnt rilly fierce :P
nite eb. u r nice
yay! no one can get in.

Wish they would, but we've been known to stockpile meds to OD. Get them
in small amounts and save them up. Elavil has a very high lethality. If
they wouldn't even give us lithium or benzos, they certainly wouldn't
give us elavil.

We didn't. We hardly slept at all, and what we did was on the couch. We
were out almost all night.
--
-slunky
:(
we had a not so bad night. taking seroquil earlier helped. although we
had to take double the dose that usually would put us out and were up
a good part of the night. we stilll didn't have a big crisis.
i think we'll keep taking seroquil early like last night, at least
until t. gets back.
:(
Hope it keeps working for you. We are not doing very well.

-slunky
i hope so too.
We are not doing very well.

Yeah. Tomorrow at ten am. She moved it forward two hours so she could do
a home visit before coming into the office.

Hope so. We just feel really bad, and now we're crying for no reason.

*sighs*
we're here.
anything we can do?
Ummm... Don't know. We never know. We feel hopeless.
--
-slunky
can you talk to me about your safe place inside? kinda walk me through
it -- was does it feel like? what do you see? what are the colors and
sounds and sights?
It's rainy and grey and blue and green. There are lots of trees.
--
-slunky
was gone for a bit cuz google was being weird. it thought i was spam
cuz i was posting too much.
that safe place....okay. you can feel the rain coming down on you,
wetting your hair and your clothes and your arms.....You can see the
grey and blue and green, and where some of the colors blend together.
the trees are beautiful at this time. what color are the leaves?
now can you take the ones inside who are hurting and carry them to the
safe place? Picture yourself holding their hands and holding maybe a
little little one in your arms. Okay?
and you take them to this safe place and you talk with them in
soothing tones.
Hmmm. :/

just sitting on the window sill looking out.....so many branches with
off branches, so complex and beaituful, all the same color of green
but slightly different shades on the leaves.

We finally got individual.net to raise our limit to 500 posts a day.
We were maxing out 300 sometimes. If we were stuck with google, we would
need a dozen accounts!

There used to be trees out front, but they cut them down a couple months
ago because they were touching power lines. Now we just see the street.

That reminds us of being in a hsptl once, but it's a good memory. The
first time we were in the psych ward of the main hsptl, the music thrpst
is someone we were in school with. She played that song on her guitar.
:)

We might go for a walk in a little bit. We got a call to be invited to
go on an after hours actvity with clubhouse to a park to eat pizza, but
we turned them down.

hi
we don't like jello
maybe we talk about birds. we saw a great blue heron today flying. And
we heard a kingfisher again.
and we saw the elk and there antlers are growing big. tall with nubs but
not spkey yet
this morning old cat woke me up. I think she might have sat on my head.
hmpf. I kept moving her so she wouldn't be right at my head. I thought
maybe she'd lay on my legs or stomach. she kept going back up and laying
against my head. both her and wondermutt are snoring now
