stinking stupid ver*zon has dropped all 'alt' newsgroups from its
lists. i tried to get thru to them but apparently alt isn't worthwhile
or something. so i am going to have to pay for newsgroups. i will go
back and see the one astri wrote about. still no one can see anything
at google since yesterday afternoon posts. so we are just writing like
writing in the dark. not so good today. wish we could read here. wish
we felt no so sick in the heart. oh oh. ok. kids coming out. going to
lie down with stuffy for some while.

Yes, it stinks. We are working on something the last few weeks. We're
setting up a small news server. Retention won't be great, it will
probably be slow, we're only going to carry eight groups, and
propogration won't be immediate until we move into a new place and get
a fibre optic line, but it will be free access to asd for when other
news servers go down or don't work or cap posting.

Thanks. We'll see how it works when it's all setup to go live.

wow. that's really impressive. you are the opposite of me. i have a
very basic grasp of computers. i can learn, but i am easily frustrated
and also it feels like almost an alternate world that doesn't come
very natural to how i think. anyway, we are impressed. maybe someday
you can turn your skills into a way to make exra money. i walk dogs
sometimes, take care of cats, and do gardening to make extra money
cause i am good at animals and like to dig gardens and pull weeds.

ok. sorry. kind of babbling. i get anxious when others are out a lot.
not used to it. sorry.

We've been thinking of maybe going around and cleaning viruses off
people's computers for $20 an hour.

Sounds like fun. (We like pulling weeds.)

It's quite alright. We babble too. :)

hi. we are back and can see us. :-) google is dumb. especially cause
it doesn't truly give a person a way to contact them to find out if
there is a jam up or whatever. i know it is free but it's still
annoying. they make millions of dollars so it's not like they are
doing charity work. hah.

yeah, i was thinking something like that. if you can do diagnostics,
cleanup, stuff like that, you could probably do well. i live in a sort
of small town suburb next to wash.dc. lots of ppl here tell each other
about good workers like dog walkers or repair ppl. once they find
someone who is good and honest it pretty much means you get more jobs
easily.

same here. it really is a huge cathartic metaphor and we actually jump
up and down when we clear out some hard ones. is a good workout for
the body and everybody gets to be part of it. other people think i'm
weird cause of it. heh. i don't care.

thanks. haven't noticed you babble but maybe other ppl's babble just
seems like regular talking. :-)

Well, we could certainly do it if we had a car. It's just getting around
to the jobsites that would be a problem.

We babble a lot offline. People have said we're hard to follow in a
conversation.
