begun its autopsy of Ed Conrad's
brain and the results are not the
least bit pleasant, a spokesman said.
"It was supposed to be a very
clean operation but I already got
what looks like sphagetti sauce on

This is the specimen that Paul PZ Myers, then of Temple and now of the
University of Minnesota, along with Andrew Macrae, then of Calgary
University (God knows wher he is now), tampered with. They were sent a
specimen that human anatomist Wilton M. Krogman identified as a tibia,
then fraudulently "prepared" a ground section displaying the internal
structure of a rock or concretion, hence denying the existence of
Haversian canals, the tell-tale sign of B-O-N-E.
