lost 7.6 this week!

After a gain (salt retention) of 1.8 last week, I lost 7.6 this week -
loss for 2 weeks was 5.8 ;-D
New goals (1) to get .4 off & reach my 10 % off (2) to lose 1.4 & have
30 off (3) to lose 3.5 & get into the 250's. I should reach at least
one of them this week.

Thats a wonderful loss :)
Keep OP and you'll lose a bit more next week. Even if you maintain
next week it'll be good with a huge loss like that.

Thanks, Ray. I was OP when I gained the 1.8 but I had quite a few salt meals. I kept low on the salt this week & was rewarded ;-D

I have been a slow loser lately, but I now suspect that it's too much salt that caused a lot of it. I will now keep my salt low & the water high, I hopfully, I can have some more good losses - but I certainly don't expect big ones like this week.
