Excess body fat not only makes you feel horrible physiologically but
can also severely depress you psychologically. Then they try a crash
diet and lose a couple of pounds. Unfortunately all of the weight was
water or muscle and then after the diet you gain even more weight and
feel worse. This is a death spiral you do not want to be in. I have a
