Sick and miserable!

Allergies and BG 
  I am convinced that my allergies do raise my BG. I saw the first few tufts of cottonwood blowing two days ago. And my BG rose above 200. Saw a little more yesterday. BG went over 300. Fasting between meals and at night stabilzes weight 
  Here is an interesting new study on mice that indicates that even eating a high fat diet can lead to stabile weight if fasting between meals and overnight are practiced.
