If sugar is a chemical, why isn't there anti-sugar or sugar neutralizer?

If salt is a chemical, why isn't there anti-salt or salt neutralizer?

In fact, physicists have made not only antielectrons and antiprotons,
but have put the two together to make the first anti-atom,
antihydrogen.

The conclusion is obvious: take two antihydrogen, one antioxygen, bond
together, and you have anti-water. Drink it and you'll get thirsty.

(Well, ignoring the gamma rays...)

Tim.

I've made those! (or had them, or something)
When I have my I-131 & then a couple of days later lie under a gamma-camera
for my thyroid cancer checkup.
Such fun.
