Keep your glucose monitor near the alarm clock to remind you to check
your blood sugar first thing after waking up in the morning. Your
doctor would have advised about how often you need to check your blood
sugar level. For most people, it is between 70 and 130 mg/dL. After a
meal, it could be around but less than 180 mg/dL.
