a toshiba laptop, a gift. It worked for a day, then it got into a mode that showed the windows 7 background, and words read 'preparing to configure windows. do not turn off your computer. Doctors who Discriminate

Anyone disabled people here who are having problems with doctors discriminating against them in level of treatment, like I have? Not sure what their basis is, disability? mental illness? Just know they do. Just wondering how common it is; what, if anything, others have done about it.
