hi, i thought i read that for stubborn depressions 120 mg fluoxetine
may be used. i seem to recall my doctor telling me not to exceed 120
mg because of cardiac complications. if we are needing as much
antidepressant effect as we can get, is it okay to titrate from 80 mg
to 120 mg or is this dangerous heart-wise or other-wise? the idea is
to get as much relief right now from fluoxetine and then taper down
once the extreme, acute stress starts to subside.
thanks for your input.
