I had my psychiatrist appointment today and he has
reduced my lithium carbonate to 300 mg/day and
increased my divalproex sodium to 1250 mg/day/
If all goes well in the next four weeks, he will
take me off lithium beginning on the night of June 5.

I feel physically a bit better on less lithium, even
though so far I have just dropped from 900 mg/day
lithium carbonate to 600 mg/day lithium carbonate.
Probably starting Wednesday night I will drop down
to 300 mg/day.
The divalproex sodium is still causing a bit of
