Subject: I give up on the four components!
I give up on the four components.

There are three cases where I would try them again:

1. I come out of the low years
2. I enter into a relationship with a woman
3. one or more of my eleven main deities approaches
me about trying the four components again; such
an approach would take the form of a spontaneous
perineum click that I would then divine (by further
perineum clicks) means I should try the four
     components again

And of course it is possible that the four components
will come on without my willing it again.

Now if I do try again as a result of one of the
above three cases, I am only going to try once
or twice before giving up again --- I am not going
to waste another year on it.

Also I continue to honour my eleven main deities and
I continue to claim that I am similar to some past
major religious figures as well as some minor ones.

I haven't yet updated my Salmon on the Thorns web
site to reflect the fact that I have given up on
the four components but I plan to do so within
the next week.
