pangborn used to claim...
"Mr. Pangborn is a certified member of the American Society of Trial

Now ken pangborn claims...
"Mr. Pangborn is a long standing member of the American Society of

Who and what forced ken pangborn to make those corrections?

Did Dan expose your fraud? Unless you're being far less than
honest, you've just admitted he did.

You do owe the people who hired you in the past, in part due to
your clearly bogus claims, just why you made the claims in the past,
and are now RUNNING from them.

DICKHEAD is that I was STILL a member! Hmmm so much for your INFALLIBLE

Danny HOWLED for almost a month that I inproperly used the word
"manifold" which HE CLAIMS is only used to refer to an automobile part. That
in his EXPERT OPINION and an English linguistic EEXPERT. ALl the BLUSTER
that the "CORRECT" word and the ONLY correct word would have beeen
"MANYFOLD" to refer to "numerous" He thinks he has me "jumping through

getting THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of clients from ASCPS who choose him over me
because of his MASSIVE knowledge and how he shoots me down all the time.
Funny, they don't seem to be posting ON ASCPS this GREAT PRIASE for his
MANYFOLD TALENTS. <snicker> Danny goes in the bathroom and starts singing

Just think - a copuple of years ago it was KING SULLIVAN the ruler of ASCPS.

It's rather special. As in "Isn't that Special" from the Church Lady on
SNL. Sullivan remains a LEGEND IN HIS OWN MIND as do the others in the gang

I already posted a number of your errors and you've corrected a few.

You've corrected a number of errors I pointed out a while ago,

Your failed to renew your membership in the ASTC until someone pointed
out you were no longer listed as a member.
The same thing happened last year.
First I made one post on May 17, 2009, regarding the use of the word
manyfold.
How does a single post become "almost a month?"
And I never claimed the word manifold is only used to refer to an
automobile part.
The following is the entire post of mine regarding the word
manyfold...
==================
ken pangborn of the a-team claims he has a master's degree from a
university... an unnamed university.
From the a-team website "THE WRONG TRACK," how appropriate!
http://www.a-team.org/the_wrong_track.html
First sentence, second paragreph...
"The problems with this process are manifold."
MANIFOLD???
Like from a car or truck engine?
Don't you think someone who supposedly had a REAL UNIVERSITY education
would know how to spell man-Y-fold, correctly?
Is it any wonder ken pangborn won't say which university he went to?
=================

manyfold was not found in the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary
Of course the folks at Cambridge are STUPID and only the GREAT DANNY
SULLIVAN commands the English language, Right Danny?
Just about every authority I know on the English language who has been
asked has said that the use of "manifold" in the sentence was proper and the
use of the word "manyfold" would NOT be. So far you exist by your itty
bitty self and continue to appear increasingly STUPID, Sullivan.

That's another nickel for ya, pangborn.
More of pangborn's lies.
Sullivan the LIES are yours not mind. Your MANIFOLD lies. You still

You're a BOOB, Sullivan and the more you argue the more you PROVE IT!

Sorry Danny. Your bullshit is no longer selling. Where is your following
of worshippers in ASCPS now Danny? Your sycophants that hung on your every
word as if they came from a burning bush? They don't seem to be around any
more. What happened? You KILLED the newsgroup and now it is all about you
and the gang of 4 attacking myself and Greg. You have destroyed your
audience, Danny boy. You drove it straight out of the theater.
You shouldn't be so disrespectful to your pwner.
Do you think the word manifold is ONLY an automotive term?
Why do you think the word choice was wrong and
should have been "manyfold"?
A I said, which you deleted, "If you don't (post the proof), and I KNOW you

It is PRECISELY what you claimed.

It *IS* what you LOUDLY and repeatedly claimed even yesterday. Danny -
don't look now but the whole world knows you are an "ASS!" You couldn't

Just as Greg wanted and wants.
He has worked hard to ensure that people who need help dealing

Danny - let me ask you. Do you REALLY REALLY REALLY expect the whole
world to have amnesia? Do you think regular readers have forgotten what you
said yesterday?
Here is the simple FACT, Sullivan, the use of the word "MANIFOLD" is
correct. Your claim that the correct word is "manyfold" is plain BULLSHIT!
No, that's not true.

I never said manyfold is the correct word.
I see you're taking the high road, for you, that is.
Better part of valor and all that.
Just keeping the parameters of the discussion to my actual statements, grag.
If that's a problem for you and pangborn, maybe you'd both be better off
keeping your mouths shut.

So to recap:
In MAY 2009 Dan started a thread to ridicule Ken's use of the word
"manifold".
Dan pretended that it was an incorrect word choice.
Dan suggested the word "manyfold".
Dan asserted that the word choice indicated some failing
in Ken's education and posed as supremely LITERATE.
In November of 2009 Dan was STILL presenting this
as indicative of Ken's poor education.
Then Dan denies what he said.
Reposts of the MAY message show this is a lie.
Dan tries to pass it all off as "his sense of humor"
and a joke, just making Ken jump through hoops.
Now Dan is pretending that he technically
did not say what he actually said.
It's all looking very Willsian.
While Dan will be in a far better possition to know his
motivation, I suspect he's trying to keep you and Pangborn focused on
what he actually stated and when vs. what you both dishonestly claim.
You both like to distort what someone has stated. Often times
you both distort to a degree that what you claim bares no resemblance
to the initial statement.
What is perhaps most frightening is that you and Pangborn see
this as being perfectly normal behavior, unless someone does it to
you.

With the Christmas season upon us again, my stepdaughter was launching
into her usual tirade of "I need this" (Nintendo 64 games, Pokemon,
videos, Rhianna CD, etc.) After enduring a trip through Kmart, I
was at my wits end. I took the kid home and filled the bathtub with
water. Then I dunked the brat's head under the water and counted out
a full minute, with her flailing her arms. I brought her up and she
gasped for air. When she'd caught her breath, I asked her, "When you
were under that water, did you 'need' Nintendo? Pokemon? Rhianna?"
She shook her head. "What were you thinking about?" I
prodded. She told me "I was thinking that I needed air."
"Now you know the difference between 'need' and 'want'" I exclaimed
triumphantly.

You already proved Pangborn LIED when he claimed Dan did so on
November 13, 2009.
No one is disputing this.
>Dan pretended that it was an incorrect word choice.
>Dan suggested the word "manyfold".

I saw no such presentation from Dan.
It's possible he did, and the post didn't come to misc.legal.
Please post the MID and/or Google link to any such post, unless, of
course, you're lying.

Actually, Pangborn brought it up. You were able to prove
Pangborn lied in his posts.
How upset is he that you did so?

No he didn't.

It proves that Pangborn LIED when he claimed Dan wrote it on
November 13, 2009.

Dan is able to get Pangborn to do just about anything. And I
thought I was good at moleing.
While I can often get you to post or not based on how I word my
posts, clearly Dan has the edge when it comes to Ken.

Unfortunately, for you, it is true. Quit looking for a loophole to
escape being so foolishly wrong. Psychologically you are INCAPABLE of
admitting being wrong. It is a facet of Danny's Obsessive-Compulsive
disorder.Even when it is painfully obvious even to Danny that he's screwed
the pooch, he is INCAPABLE of admitting error. He is SO invested in every
paryicle of BULLSHIT he sends out that it is impossible for him to admit an
error no matter how small. I generally don't make a big deal of admitting
mine, but I have done so on occasion. When I see that something I have said
MIGHT be misconstrued I will correct it when I get a chance. Sullivan, in
contrast CANNOT!

DJS#$> I never said manyfold is the correct word.
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!! Oh come on Danny. You said MY use of
the word "Manifold" displayed my lack of education and it should have been
"manyfold." CUT the shit here, Danny, you were DEAD WRONG. The more you
persist in your games the more of your credibility vanishes. Just admit you
were wrong and move on to more fertile ground.
No, Danny, now you aren't "wrong" you are LYING to cover your tracks.
He says that is a LIKE he NEVER said that!

Whereas he posted copies of the actual posts, complete with the
date, how do you propose that he was lying?
I realize his honesty was an accident. He thought he was proving
something else. Greg is UNABLE to be honest unless he makes a mistake
or is forced in some way. Still, he was able to prove you lied.
It must really suck when the ONLY on-line friend you have proves

Note that Dan posted, "Don't you think someone who supposedly had

Greg was able to prove you LIED about the date of the post (you
claimed November 13, 2009 and Greg PROVED it was in May) and that you
LIED about the contents of the post (you claimed Dan made a statement
when, as Greg prove, he asked a question).

You rarely do.

In over four years of reading your rants on misc.legal, and about
two years of dealing with you directly, I've only seen you claim you
made an error once. One time. That's it.
You're proved wrong multiple times, yet DEMAND you're correct.
Even after proof is provided that you're in error, you still DEMAND
you are not.
Either you have lied each and every time, or you are UNABLE to
admit when you made a mistake. Only you can KNOW which is the case.
I can understand your NEED to avoid either.
If you admit you've been lying, you will be letting prospective
clients know they shouldn't hire you because you will lie to them
without any indication of remorse.
If you admit to your countless errors, you will be letting
prospective clients know they shouldn't hire you because you're far
too incompetent to actually deal with their case.
Either way, you screwed yourself, so you pile on more lies in the
hope that people will get confused.
Maybe it works, though I doubt it.

You are free to lie as often as you want/need. Greg posted the
PROOF that Dan asked a question and did not make a fact claim.

You're the one who dishonestly snipped what I posted.

So even when Greg proves you're lying, he's actually lying?
Whereas he posted copies of the actual posts, complete with the
date, how do you propose that he was lying?
I realize his honesty was an accident. He thought he was proving
something else. Greg is UNABLE to be honest unless he makes a mistake
or is forced in some way. Still, he was able to prove you lied.
It must really suck when the ONLY on-line friend you have proves
you to be the liar you are.

Note that Dan posted, "Don't you think someone who supposedly had
a REAL UNIVERSITY education would know how to spell man-Y-fold,
correctly?"
Greg was able to prove you LIED about the date of the post (you
claimed November 13, 2009 and Greg PROVED it was in May) and that you
LIED about the contents of the post (you claimed Dan made a statement
when, as Greg prove, he asked a question).

Note how I included your full text in my reply. You, being the

Had you not dishonestly snipped my reply, you would see how Greg
PROVED you lied.
What is the specific reason your alcoholism (unless you lied)
forced you to be so dishonest in this instance? I'd like a serious
and honest answer.

If I wanted to make fact claims, I would have made fact claims.
I simply asked questions.

So, pangborn, you do recognize that I was only asking questions.
My puppy did get up early this morning... 3:13AM.
On that audio tape were you saying "PARK, PARK, PARK" or "BARK, BARK,
BARK???"
That isn't what I said, pangborn.

So you gave up on your pretense

DJS3 > That isn't what I said, pangborn.
Dan, You pointed out the word "manifold" from
Ken's web page and postured as if the word
only had meaning in an automotive context.
YOUR subject line was:
"Don't you think someone who supposedly had
a REAL UNIVERSITY education would know
how to spell man-Y-fold, correctly?"
Your forced context and raging implications
were actually fairly clear.
Your recent attempt to evade your own
context and implications and play the
game that you technically did not say
something is NOT the kind of thing that
a LITERATE person would overlook.
You see, Dan, context and implication
are somewhat more important as the
level of education and the complexity
of language increases.
Put simply, truly LITERATE people do not
dismiss context and blatant implication
to focus exclusively on technicalities
of sentence structure, Dan.
You mentioned HIGH SCHOOL DEBATE, Dan.
Combined with your childish manifold/manyfold
argument I think that IS your level and you gave
away your arrested development.

It is the INTENT of what you said, dipshit. Still playing LARRY
LOOPHOLE, aren't ya Sullivan?

Actually the subject originated in a thread where PROFESSOR SULLIVAN was
pointing out what *HE* claimed were English "GAFFES" on my webpage. It is
painfully obvious (for him, not me) that his INTENT within the ocntest of
the ongoing debate was to show what I wrote that was INCORRECT, in this
case, the use of the word "manifold" and his suggestion that the CORRECT
word was "MANYFOLD."
> YOUR subject line was:
> "Don't you think someone who supposedly had
> a REAL UNIVERSITY education would know
> how to spell man-Y-fold, correctly?"
It eventually morphed to that, yes, but again the import was so say the
use of the word "manifold" was WRONG and it should have been "MANYFOLD."
Now he wishes to alter his position. I can understand when his forst was was
so INSANE.

Again the ORIGINAL CONTEXT was to what what PROFESSOR SULLIVAN thought
he would show that was an English error on my part. He was so SURE he "had
me" on it that it was several days before he started to realize he had
screwed the pooch and was looking like a stupid ass. Then he shut up about
it for a long time till I threw his fukkkkup back in his face when he
started to get on his theme of all the ERRORS he says are on the website.
You know, I bet there ARE some. SO WHAT?
> Put simply, truly LITERATE people do not

Greg I would not elevate Sullivan's form of argumentation to the level
of high school debate. (He'd have been penalized long ago if that were the
forum.) His argument is more like what you see from some BRAT on an
elementary school playground. If he had made high school level he's have
admitted his error and moved on.
Did I say you did? I merely ASKED A QUESTION!!!!!!!
That's not true.

I didn't force anything nor did I imply anything.

So who was it who tried to expalin it to you, grag?

All pangborn had to do was answer my questions.
Or ask me why I asked the questions.
That would have been the end of the discussion.
But pangborn failed to answer my questions.
Instead he and you have been on a lunatic rampage since last May.
It's been fun to watch.

A truly literate person would have recognized what I was doing.

Yeah, I said pangborn couldn't win one.

It was yours and pangborn's arrested development that's kept you two harping
on something that doesn't exist, grag.
LOL!!!
I didn't suggest the correct word was manyfold.
I simple asked if you could spell manyfold, pangborn.

Import?
Explain how it's an import.

I didn't alter my position.

If you had, I wouldn't have needed to ask you a follow-up
question for clarification.
>I merely ASKED A QUESTION!!!!!!!
And I've not presented otherwise. I asked for clarification. I
note you RAN from my request. Any particular reason you're too scared
to clarify?
If I have presented that which you asked, you would have answered
in the affirmative.
If I have not presented that which you asked, you would have
answered in the negative.
Now that you've played the avoidance game, please answer my
question, unless an honest answer is just too difficult for you.

How is asking a question forcing context and/or raging
implications? Please be specific, using pie charts as needed.

It's not a technicality. Dan asked a question. One Pangborn RAN
from. And one you and he are both trying to twist into a statement.

So you have NO direct experience with this.

A question has no relevance to sentence structure, since it is
not, by definition, a sentence.
>You mentioned HIGH SCHOOL DEBATE, Dan.
Which has what to do with Pangborn having LIED, as you PROVED?
>
>Combined with your childish manifold/manyfold

Dan asked a question. You and your fellow substance abuser
(unless you each lied) have tried to present that Dan made a claim he
didn't make.
What's most puzzling to me is that you PROVED Pangborn lied about
the matter. Even after you did you, eliminating any claim of
ignorance or error, you present that Dan made a statement.
Since it's very clear that you are lying, please explain the
SPECIFIC part of your use and abuse of illegal drugs (unless your
admitting to it was also a lie) forces you to lie about that which you
know will get exposed. I'm very serious. I would really like to
know.
