CPS case for neglect, and Dan has used
that for YEARS in an attempt to psychologically
bully me.

in regard to my case, which is absurd for him

The PROBLEM with this story is that Dan claimed she
was 3 in 1993 and so she would be 19 now.
But Dan's daughter is 25, not 19.
In other words, Dan's story doesn't check out.
Dan once claimed that HIS strategy is
the ONLY strategy for defeating CPS.
This strategy basically involves giving the
CPS caseworkers EVERYTHING they want,
EVEN before they have a legal case.
I refer to this as "winning through surrender".
This serves the interests of CPS, not the family.
Dan has been kicked OUT of at least 3 different
Family Rights groups and expresses bitterness
about Family Rights groups in general.
To SELL HIMSELF as "Dan the GIANT (CPS) KILLER",
Dan announced that he had 20 child abuse
investigations and was founded 5 times.
He claims he got those 5 reversed.
According to Dan's stories he married and made
babies with a BIPOLAR mental case.
Dan refuses to answer about whether he KNEW
she was a BIPOLAR mental case before he
commenced making babies with her.
Dan admitted that not all of his 20+ child abuse
reports were started by his nut case ex-wife.
SOMETHING about Dan prompted people beside
his bipolar ex-wife to call in child abuse reports.
Dan won't explain what that is.
SOMETHING about Dan caused CPS caseworkers
to mark him FOUNDED for Sexual Child Abuse.
But the most bizarre part of Dan is how FOR YEARS
he partnered with a retired Oregon CPS caseworker.
They posted glowing reports, references
FOR EACH OTHER. ( Circular references.)
Kane once proudly owed up to the fact that he
posted gratuitous public profanity in a newsgroup
almost daily for an ENTIRE YEAR.
Apparently Dan and Kane wanted to use the
alt.support.child-protective-services newsgroup
as a spider web like trap for parents seeking help
against the abusive Child Protection INDUSTRY.
For a time they even partially controlled
the newsgroup, but when they could not
MONOPOLIZE it, their goal was to make it

As of my writing this, you've offered NOTHING in the way of
evidence to support, let alone prove, any of it. Not for lack of

I'm of the opinion you lied. That you made the claims in hopes
that those dealing with CPS would be conned into trusting you.
Once you had their trust, they would then, you hoped (and hope)
follow your advice. Of course, your advice would make their losing to

If my opinion is based in error, offer the proof of your claims.
Prove that you were reported to DHS (they are required, and have been
since 1995 at least, to notify you in writing -- yes, I looked it up

Prove that after an investigation the allegations of child abuse
were founded (again, they must notify you in writing. A scan will
satisfy my level for burden of proof). Feel free to censor the girl's
name, if her name is included anywhere in the documentation. I won't
hold that against you.
Proving it will be a win for you. If I've just exposed that
you've been lying the whole time, you'll not be able to offer anything
valid, and you will have handed me ANOTHER win.
