For my purposes, the primary measure of "success" is whether, in
google searches for my name, my "white noise" posts will be seen
before or at least alongside anything posted by the Mad Spammer.  In
those terms, my observations indicated total victory for me weeks
ago.  In any event, the simple fact is that the group "alt support
cancer" is already virtually defunct, having been dominated by the Mad
Spammer's hate speech since last year.  I personally think it would be
best if it was shut down.  I would further suggest, in the interests
of constructive action, that anyone concerned with providing real
service related to cancer (or any other subject) start a MODERATED
newsgroup, with specific provisions to automatically "killfile" any
post with the Mad Spammer's favorite dirty words.
