Update on Active Surveillance - 8 Years 
  Steve, My latest quarterly "active surveillance" testing continues a relatively positive trend. My PSA was 1.80, the lowest it's been for a couple of years. Radiation is over 
  HI All, Today was my last session of radiation therapy. I had 42 sessions. I have had very little side effects. A couple of times with strong radiation burn pain in the bladder and colon. My cancer pain is gone and the radiation burn pain is only occasional. We will get a PSA test in one month and then follow up in another two months. That will tell if the PSA is coming down. Other than the fact that I had to show up every day, Monday thru Friday, this was really not bad at all.... more »

PSA Update 
  I am pleased to report that my PSA remains at <0.1. Chemo trial ended January 8, 2005. My last Lupron injection was February 11, 2010. Next blood draw in 120 days. Keep kicking the bastard. Gourd Dancer

the end is near now...
