The same side effects that you are experiencing with every other remedy for
hot flashes are exhibited by this alternative supplement. Plus, it is
definitely not recommended for women with and or in remission from breast
cancer as studies indicate that usage may increase the likely hood of
recurrence. Studies and show similar genetic markers shared by cancer cells
of breast and prostate cancer.

Mike, I can not speak from experience with drugs designed to reduce hot
flashes and or their side effects because in my six years of hormonal
therapy, I never took drugs designed to alleviate. I have never taken
supplements.

My best suggestion is to dress in light clothing, run the air conditioner,
and avoid spicy foods and hot drinks. Hot flashes will lessen and finally
abate with time. Your alternative is to balance survival against quality of
life and move on.
