Typically, you go through the initial treatments (ADT and IMRT in your case)
and then a period of watching your PSA. In your case (and mine) during the
phase of watching, you'll remain on ADT. So, for every three months, you'll
get a shot and a blood test. Eventually, he might go to 3-month shots and
6-month tests. Or, 4-month shots and 4-month tests. Or 6-month shots and
tests.
Regardless, this phase will last until that bastards surfaces again (i.e.,
your PSA is greater than 0.10). When that happens, actually after at least
one more blood draw to make sure, you'll go onto another treatment regimen.
