Still undetectable PSA. Biggest surprise was my low carb high fat diet has
my cholesterol down to an all time low of 202 from high of about 250. So my
advice to all you PCA survivors concerned about dietary issues... live it up
a little and have a steak, bloody rare with lobster & mushrooms soaked in
butter, but skip the potato.

It is always good news. Steak and Lobster.....hummmm.Sounds delectible.
and undetectable!
Wild mushrooms have been in for a while here......
Tis the season.
