The first few days/weeks are crazy with a new baby. You don't have time to think never mind remember how many poops junior had last week when your doctor asks - so I created the Baby Logs Spreadsheet for Microsoft Excel.
Print one page of logs per couple of weeks or do it on your PC. We found it handy to have printed out and sitting near the nursing chair to be completed just after baby was "serviced".
