I am very interested in working with autistic children. I have a degree in
psychology. I'm hoping to be an art therapist for autistic children (in the
U,K) in the future. I don't know how much art therapy is used for treating
autistic children in the U,K but I believe that it is very helpful for them.
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how I should go about to become an art
therapist as I have no idea. Do I have to have a degree in art? I am going to
take an art history course. Does it help?
