Hi
I'm new here. Trying 18mg Concerta for the first time. The
only thing I have is an unusual generalised headache, which
brings me to my question - is there a +ve correlation between
a drug's side effects and it's efficacy?

I am not a doctor but I would mention to the doctor about the
headache. When I first got diagnosed last Fall, I tried Adderall XR
and did well the first month then the second month I was on it and I
got such horrible headaches, not even Vicodin would touch them.
Doctor changed me to Vyvanse and let me tell you, I am doing so much
better, that it is almost night and day. I am not perfect but am
making strides every day!
Talk and/or see your doctor about the headaches. I know from
experience, I can't concentrate when I have a headache!
