State, in regard to what happened to me while he was my "physician" in
Bellevue Hospital, after I was placed there and my civil rights were
taken away from me and I was physically abused while he watched 2 feet
away from me, and did NOTHING.
Instead, he is admiteed to a post graduate forensics program, because
he had NYU Medical School's backing to do so.
My own friends and family helped cover this up and kept me in
isolation for a year afterward, when I should have gotten proper
medical attention for these injuries I was too traumatized to
understand.
That was 3.5 yeara ago; and today no lawyer or Legal Aid
representative or counsel will communicate with me.
Paul Burton's clinical director, David Ginsberg MD, saw me in Winter
2007; and did NOTHING to ensure I regained proper medical care and
appropriate safety.
Paul Burton's RESIDENCY DIRECTOR Carol Bernstein MD, of NYU MC, who
ignored me for one year after I reported this abuse, later got elected
to PRESIDENT of the Amercian Psychiatric Association; Bernsteain
should STEP DOWN. Instead, my complaints to the Ethics Commitee of the
APA have gone unanswered.
[& now I cannot even access my email at a public library, so I am
acting like a luntic and posting this because -- the NYTS editorial on
TWITTER TAPPING this past Sunday claims law enforcement reads these
groups for criminal activities.
