do leaves contain [pollen] allegen too ? 
  I'm guessing that plant leaves also contain the [protein] allegen of the plant/s of which the pollen effects people. Only. one can breath in the pollen grains, but not the leaves. If so, would a skin prick test, using liquid from crushed leaves be effective? I want to test myself for 'London plane tree'.... more »

Skin allergy test/s query 
  Please correct my faulty speculations below & add any tips. Allergy test/s feedback. The pierced skin took longer to swell than she seemed to expect, and her questions gave valuable clues.
