The last time my back was this good was in 1972- can your doctor do this?

My attacks of sciatica and problems with
back pain started in 1972, when I
was in second year Medicine. Since none of
my teachers seemed to be able to help me,
and battling depression (another symptom),
I dropped out of Med school after third year,
but vowed to find the answer to these attacks of painful
misery and progressive loss of ability.

Now I understand it all.

Look at this picture of me taken one week ago
that I made into a looping GIF:

Can your doctor do that?

I can and so should you be able to, and I
can tell you how to do it and provide
supervision to ensure you do it right. If you
don't believe me, tell me your name,
I'll do another one with your name on my shirt
while I hula hoop.

A long time ago when my bum went
under, I didn't really notice. But 6 or 7 years ago
when it came back up I DID notice.
When I stood up, I had to bring my shoulders and
head further back to balance myself. This is how
I remember standing when I was young!

There is a process going on where the pelvis
rotates to bring its back down and front up.
Now the whole upper body is sent out
more to the back, and to maintain balance the
individual must bring head and shoulders forward.
This curves the upper spine forward and flattens
out the middle spine. So the whole spine would appear
to be curling up.

People's spines shouldn't curl up!!
Where are our doctors?
Selling Tylenol and Advil?

My spine is almost completely normal
again- it still feels like I want to regain some mid-spine arch,
but I sure don't need a back on a chair to sit with comfort.
Now that my bum has come back up, I sit with the
small of my back coming forward, and I'm comfy.
And now that my spine has uncurled, it's amazing
how much more flexible my ribcage has become.

Where are our doctors?
Selling drugs?

Where are the answers we need?

I have no qualifications to speak on
arthritis, but I have opinions based on almost
40 years of trying to cure myself, and now I
can hula hoop again.

As a person ages and gradually loses flexibility,
they forget they could move all those other ways.
Now that my pelvis has rotated bringing the bum
up more, the spine starts out in a more forward
direction and curves upward. I like having that
little curve there- that's your shock absorber, that's
your jump. And with the flexibility back, it's
so easy to move the upper body around.

If I can get back to this point, anyone can.

I'll ask you a question.

How is our medical system doing
at treating arthritis?
Have you heard of anyone getting better?

I had serious pain over and over in one hip
or the other through the seventies. They gave
me Darvon. One night I went to the nightclub after
taking quite a few of them. When it was my turn to
order, all I wanted to do was put my head on the
table for awhile. Good thing, too, 'cause Darvon
plus alcohol would have killed me.

How many people has Big Pharma killed?

What would happen to Big Pharma if
it became widespread knowledge that
arthritis can not only be stopped- the process
can be reversed!!

No more pain.

A return of flexibility, and with it a return of strength.

NOW how many pills do you need?

Do you really think the medical system
doesn't want to replace any more
$20,000 hips? Does Big Pharma
want to tell people how
to NOT need their drugs?
