Yes, my advice would be to "ice" it. I remember when I had PT after scope
surgery, and after every session, they had me sit down, with leg on another
chair and an ice pack for about 20 minutes. Nanny

Same thing happened to me. Actually they put a heat pack on before I did
the PT and ice afterwards. I'm afraid I got a bit sloppy when I did the PT
at home, but I learned my lesson fairly rapidly! LOL
