How is the shots going? Are you still in the program?

How are your eyes doing, did you have the surgery yet?

How are you doing with the flu/infection stuff, are you over that yet, I
hope so?

Yes, It had been 10 days since the last pill taken and they allowed me to
have a shot.

I do not think that I will ever get over my lung problem. I have lost too
much of my lungs already. I stopped smokiing in 1983 but the damage was
done. If you smoke,,, stop today.

Are you still on Cimzia? It seems to be doing alright for me <touch
wood>.

Tri-Care Xpress Scripts has moved it up the third tier (not
surprising), but $22 is way better than $1800.

I stopped on Veteran's Day (so far so good). Part of it was the RA,
but mostly it was that I don't like how they tasted anymore.

I do wish that there was something I could offer, to help you. All I
have are prayers and songs. Know that you have both from me, always
have had.

Glad to hear Harv, that you are still in the program. Will be praying for
good sight with the surgery and quick healing. You take care and thanks for
the update.

Your words mean a great deal to me and may God give you what it takes to rid
yourself of this horrible habit.

Early in the morning. By the way, I have something that scares me more
than the operation. My wife is going to drive me home....... She is a Kroger
and back driver and drives so slow that I am always afraid that someone is
going to drive right up our tail pipe. I would really like some help with
that.

You know there are eye surgery places that provide door to door limo
service for their clients, right? LOL

The good news is you won't remember the drive home by the next day.

YOu are correct. It all went soooo smooth. I can even see a little out of
the operated eye. As usual,,, the worry was worse than what took place.
Really smooth system and operation.

The worry is always worse than what happens I think Harvey. Glad it went so
well.

Hope the drive went okay too! (bg)

good it went so well for you Harv. Remind us when you go in for the next one
and we will pray again. I will forget the date since we are moving this
weekend and then having to get settled in as much as we can over there and
then SD going in for surgery.

For the next two weeks you get to play around by looking out of one
eye and then the other to compare the difference in color perception.

I had problems in that I still needed glasses for my undone eye
between the first and second surgeries, but the lens for the fixed
eye kept me from seeing. Finally dawned on me that I was all but
done with this particular pair of glasses and I just knocked out the
offending lens.

I use a pair of readers from the drug store for small print. Charlie
can read with no glasses at all.

Both score 20/20 at the DMV.

I remember my Mom telling me that for weeks before my Dad having his
cataracts out, he kept saying they needed a new TV. She said it was amazing
how he kept commenting on the good picture after his surgery!
