Four weeks into taking Remeron

The anxiety appears to have been gone but it has been replaced by a
feeling I haven't had for years. After lunch, each day, for the past
few days I have began to feel very teary & sad. I want to cry.

I have been on 30 mgs for the past two weeks.

What would you suggest is causing the depression? Too much or too
little Remeron in my system?

My doc has suggested maybe going to 45 mg.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
