I went to my social worker today to discuss the problems I'm having;
I'm feeling tense, obsessed, and depressed. She spoke to my psych, and
they adjusted my meds a little. Now I'll be on 75 mg Effexor (NOT
extended-release) and 1000 mg Depakote.

I had stopped taking the Depakote completely for 15 days when things
got bad; I've been back on it for 6 days. I think it'll be a few more days
before I get feeling really normal.

Before that, I was having problems being groggy. They're giving me
*not* extended-release versions of my meds, and I take them at night.

I've had obsessions many times before, and I know things to do before
the medicine changes things: meditation, exercise, focusing on different
things, not feeding it. However, I'm doing something else which I'll
discuss later.
