I used to like honey-garlic sausages but it seems that everyone making these
sausages are now combining them with Italian sausage and I really don't like
the result at all.

Tough decision, I like them both. Ever have apple sausage? I think
it's sweet sausage with little bits of apple. Sounds weird but it's

Yes! I tried Emeril's "apple & chicken" sausage and thought they were gross.

It's only good fresh from your local butcher... if he makes it good. I
knew the butcher who made the stuff I ate. He only makes it when local
apples are in season.
