I rarely eat breakfast. I have a glass of juice and 3 mugs of coffee and
that is about it. If I do eat breakfast, I get so darned hungry that I will
eat everything in sight all day long.

I don't do well with no breakfast. By noon I'd be shaking and feeling
nauseous. I also tend to snack all day long so I can avoid the shakes.

As soon as I get up, I have to have a mug of tea which is followed by a mug
of coffee which is then followed by another mug of tea. It's become a
morning ritual to me.
I just don't feel hungry in the morning.

I must admit that I do get the shakes if I leave it too long. It's sometimes
a reminder for me to eat.
