Does it make you feel better or worse after you do it?

Hi, Carl,
I TRY to exercise regularly. I got off track for several months but am
attempting to start back on my exercise regiment.
I think I feel a little of both after exercising. I feel better for having
done it but yet I feel worse because I get tired so easily and after a few
days my hip area seems to need a rest. Maybe it's the aging process...
smiles,
Elise

When I was jogging on a regular basis it made me feel great. More relaxed
and sleep very soundly at night. I tried to get back into it last autumn but
it only lasted a couple of weeks. I hope to return to jogging (or walking)
on a regular basis.
