phantom pain.

Have you always the phantom pain after your amputation. For me i'ts
recent, but my leg is present with electric in my stump!

Apparently people can have Phantom Pain for a long time.
I've heard forever, it is different for everyone. Some can have it
for weeks, months, or even longer.

I've had mine periodically since 1983. I don't have them every day but
sometimes I have them throughout the day occasionally. Actually I
don't think I've had any for about a week. Of course now I've just
jynxed myself.
