I'm wondering if we should rather create a forum instead of posting here
in this newsfroup? It could even make things easier, that is, letting more
people join up. What do you guys think about that?

They did indeed. The thing I always liked about USENET was that it
*wasn't* email. You didn't have all those messages to deal with in your
inbox. But yes, USENET seems to be fading...
