Except, of course, for the fact that Duckery has constantly quacked and
complained about copyright violation, and now has gone and done the same
thing he's been quacking and complaining about, and when called out on his
bullshit has tried to spin his actions as something not hypocritical or
ignorant and being completely innocent in the matter.
