Black's Beach is the one I've frequented frequentLY since I
first discovered it in 1978. (I've always thought those folks on top
of the cliffs with binocs and long-lens cameras were merely harmless
voyeurs who didn't have the guts to come on down and mingle. Many
on the beach don't mind being photographed, and almost none mind
simply being watched.
I've never seen anyone arrested there.
