I would like to insert a 1/8 measure into my 6/8 score, is that possible
under cubase?

I would like to mix a piano in 6/8 and a flute in 3/4, this is what I
want to hear, can I do it with cubase?

Yes. Do it in Mastertrack.

Yes, but you can't have it displayed both ways at once. 3/4 is
identical to 6/8 as far as bar length goes. It's down to you to play
Daa-da-da Da-da-da for 6/8 and Da-da Da-da Da-da for 3/4 as you
wish. The display is irreverent.

I don't think you ever have two different time signatures
in the score layout at the same time.
To get the 3 againt 2 feel, that I think is what you won't,
I wound select the notes and hit the group botton
in the score tool bar.
