why do u want to waste your time learning a fake language? There are other
better langauges out there IMO.

Weyoun the Dancing Borg, but only on Thursdays. Or maybe Mondays. Eh, who cares?

YER!!!

Chaapai'ai from a few months back, where the hell
is he nowadays, first he was here and now he's
not.

Matt, you got his email address as I think you should
get hold of him to see if he could answer the question in
here.

Sorry that Elite Force is so late but I haven't been able to
send it yet due to the snow around here, it's 2.5 ft up!

I'm getting 5000 CDR's in January when the price comes
down, I'll do it for you then.....

yeah, I do have his email address, as Chaapa'ai was me. I changed my
name for a while. I'm a fan of StarGate SG1, and the Goa'uld for
StarGate is "Chaapa'ai"

So that was my name for a month or so :)

and also, what made you think he / I could help with Klingon?!

I know a little bit, but not a huge amount, and the bits I do know, I
picked up off the TV: I haven't read any books on it. Well, except 1,
but it was too hard to understand. It was written in Klingon. It was a
fanfic I think. I couldn't tell as I couldnt read it :)

My translation (witha dictionary) went something like this:

"The Empire, great time morning, on pole the fly"

I *think* that was meant to be:

"The dawn of a great time was upon the Empire, the flag was help high on
the pole..." or something.

Kara Axel,

     Saluton.

Pro iu nekomprenebla kialo, Okrand decidis uzi strangegan
Iujn sonojn oni devas skribi per majuskloj, kaj aliajn per minuskloj. Ne

tiel:
                  a, e, I, o, u
per kvar minuskloj kaj unu majusklo.

(Parenteze, la Klingona lingvo, malgrau ghia fremdeco,
tamen shajne havas la kvin vokalojn europeajn/Esperantajn.)

Chi-tiu skribo-metodo tre malshatas min. Ghi aldonas
skribitaj latinlitere.

Sed, mi demandas: kial oni dezirus tian aferon?? Mi vere
ne scias!

Kiam la Klingonoj skribas sian lingvon, ili uzas sian propran
alfabeton. (Ni iam vedis ekzemplojn de chi-tiu alfabeto dum la programo;
la Klingonaj literoj shajne estas triangleskaj.) Certe, tia alfabeto

transliterumanto.

Sed, ne, Okrand evidente ne chi-tiel opiniis. Do, ni
anstatau havas skribo-metodon pli nelogikan kaj konfuzigan. Kiel mi
menciis supre, tio chi nur obscrukcas kaj malfaciligas la tutan
lerno-procezon.

Sincere,

Ferdinand Cesarano

PS - Vi skribis bonege en la angla.
