what would the word "Eagle" be in Klingon?

There's no good answer to that question. In the Star Trek universe,
eagles are not native to the Klingon homeworld, and there would not be a
native word for them in the Klingon language. This is the case for many
Terran animals and foodstuffs.

The Klingon word {toQ} refers to a bird of prey (the animal, not the
ship). That's what I think most people who speak Klingon would call an
eagle.
