I was ata the game yesterday and the atmoshpere outside the game was very
intimidating. The Lothian Police had made an arse of things with this new
setup that Celtic fans get the old Hearst end and they get their new stand.
Celtic fans are supposed to get dropped off their busses at the allocated
bus-park but it was not signposted to get to it, so our bus had to park at
the side of a road. Also while walking to the stadium yesterday alot of
Hearts casuals were out in force just looking for trouble. Their were
about maybe 30 or more of them shouting and terrorising normal every day
supporters who go to watch their beloved Celtic. O.k. its a diffrent story
when they are shouting at our Casuals but every day Celtic fans?

Coming from someone who supports an organisation that explodes massive bombs
in city centres, complaining about being "terrorised" by people shouting at
him is just a bit rich.

No need to apologise, Brian, I understand. Jo and I have fallen out over this
before. I enjoy the newsgroup immensely, but hope that we can just stick to
football, if that is possible in the west of Scotland.

I am not sticking up for anybody or slagging anybody off. But once again I just
wish we could talk about football only.

Regards

Gerry "Faithful through and through"

Well I'm from the East, so should know better :-)

Agreed, back to the game. A very good result for your mob it has to be said. I
was expecting the JTs to give you a bit of a fright. The Huns seem to be
finding a bit of form too. The OF games look like being quite interesting, I'd
imagine Wim J would have the better tactics but does he have the players
available to implement them ? otoh the Huns have fantastic talent with Gazza,
Laudrup and Negri all capable of producing something special.

I expect the Huns to shade it over the 2 games but I think it'll be close.
Draw at Ibrox, Huns win at Parkhead.

Cheers,

Brian

Nope, draw at Ibrox, Celtic win at Parkhead, loads of teddy bears shred
their season ticket books, Gascoigne disappears abroad to England, Brian
Pandrop decides it's time to go and Walter Smith spends a few more
millions on crocks.
