Some tech help needed here.

Somehow, without any prompting on my part some program called Virtual
Bouncer is installing itself on my system. It got all the way to
100%, then asked my firewall permission through some file called
glb2.tmp, which I denied. But the computer is running very slowly
through this attempted installation. Worse, uninstalling it from
Add/Remove programs didn't work.

Couldn't find anything on Google about this program. Anyone know what
it is?

http://www.spywarelabs.com/

it's a program that detects spyware. Here's their address, maybe they can
tell
you how to get it out of your computer.

In article <egbe4vg33jj1afr7r...@4ax.com>

I think it's this spam ad %$#% http://www.spywarelabs.com/

Run ad-aware or similar proggy. Check ctrl+alt+del and see if anything is
running, and it wouldn't hurt to go into regedit and search for virtual bouncer
and delete all references.

When I uninstalled Virtual Bouncer, I did a 'custom' uninstall, which
lets you pick which files to delete.

Had I done an automatic uninstall, it would have deleted my
installation of PHP! Not to mention DELETING THE PROGRAM THAT LETS YOU
UNINSTALL ANY PROGRAMS! Never do the automatic uninstall of Virtual
Bouncer!
