2) What's the significance of the Winnipeg Falcons crest on the shoulders ?

but I was unaware that the Falcons also did not have names on their jerseys.
And, for the record, I think the yellow jerseys with the red maple leaf on
the front are kind of cool looking.

I'm actually scouring the net to see if I can find any for sale.

type fashion to make themselves feel big. It happens on every board, chat,
or discussion group out there.
But your question was legit and I saw no reason not to post it here.
I once tried to start a discussion about the quality of the new high priced
hockey cards in the collecting newsgroup and got flamed like you wouldn't
believe.

They went out on a limb with the colour scheme, but yeah it looks good.
Gotta remember that we were still about 40 years away from our traditional
red and white Canada colours in the 20's so anything goes!

I don't want him on 'my' team ... but he's been one of the big vikings
in their two raids.
Sundin's been huge (da-dats good), Modin has really matured into
primetime stuff (I can cheer for that), and Tellq played a real strong
game today (especially huge saves after a goal, and late in the game).
