Good size.  Don't remember ever hearing that he has good speed though. I guess we'll see.

No, but he has ' dreamy eyes ' according to some of the females in our
Canucks group.

Pyatt is a great teammate, likable, smart, hard-working, not fast, but is big
and strong, good on the forecheck and along the boards. He scored some
nice goals for Phoenix in the playoffs this year, including a game winner.

If he plays with some skill on his line, he can finish by whatever it
takes--he'll find the open spot and no one can move him from the
slot. One year the Canucks had him play with the twins and he popped
in 23 goals. Give him a defined role, and he'll do it. I think it was a good
signing for you.

The Canucks were great to him, told him to go where he had to go, do
what he had to do, and don't worry about the playoffs. But this is why
he moved on--very sad.

Woot! Dreamy eyes!  heh.  We're back to the Darren Turcotte days.  I used to see girls at the games holding up signs for him way back when.

Thanks for the scouting report on Pyatt.
