Game wasn't even on radio up here so I had to follow along as best I
could at nfl.com. Barber's pick nullified by a holding call made me
think: do the Bucs' receivers seem never to garner flags on the
defense, or is it my imagination?? Illegal chucks, pass interference,
holding...how many of these were called against the opposition in
2009??

Hard to say the actual number of specific penalties are without going
through the official game logs. My opinoin the Bucs receiver corp does
not have the talent to draw penalties. One telling sign is that the
Bucs had only 18 first downs this year by penalty as compared to our
opponents 24. We were pretty much average in # of penalties. We had 93
and the league average was 94.69. All in all that is not terrible. The
league average was 48.68 yds per game and we averaged 43.5 yds per
game.

Yeah, this is y thinking. You only grab/bump/block guys that have real
potential to separate.
