Jones is referring to Baalke's selection of A.J. Jenkins with the 30th overall pick in the 2012 draft.
He never caught a pass for the 49ers, was traded to Kansas City in August 2013 and is no longer in the NFL.

Jenkins was a bomb with the Chiefs. Smith hit him with a nice bomb
down the right side and Jenkins veered out of bounds, killing the
drive. He never caught another pass.

I hated watching the draft when Baalke was GM. You already know his
perference for picking players with ACL and other injuries. That
always produced a sinking feeling and a personal promise to never
watch another game in Levi's Stadium.
